Restoration & custom builds

Some cars aren’t replaceable.

A restoration is a long relationship with somebody’s money and somebody’s memory. We scope it honestly, stage it so you can pay for it, and document it so you always know where it stands.

How a build runs

Five stages, no black holes.

The horror stories about restoration shops almost always come down to the same two things: no written scope, and no communication. We fixed both.

1

Walk-around & honest assessment

We go over it together — rust, drivetrain, interior, what’s original and what isn’t. You’ll leave knowing whether the project makes sense, including if the answer is no.

2

Written scope & staged budget

The whole build broken into stages with real numbers attached. You decide how far to go and how fast.

3

Teardown & documentation

Everything comes apart, gets bagged, tagged and photographed. This is where true condition shows up — and where we’d call you if scope needs to change.

4

Metal, mechanical & finish

Body and frame work, driveline, wiring, interior, paint coordination — with photo updates at each milestone.

5

Shakedown & hand-over

It gets driven, sorted, and driven again before you see it. You get the car, the documentation, and every part we pulled off it.

Storage & care

Your project doesn’t sit outside.

Every vehicle in a long-term build stays indoors, covered, and on our insurance for the duration. You’re welcome to come see it any time we’re open — you don’t need an appointment to look at your own car.
